Hetchy’s is a virtual concept incubated and launched in April 2020 at the original location of Square Pie Guys. Hot chicken was reimagined with an always crispy crust, all-natural chicken thighs, and international flavors, including the Szetchy Hot - which quickly inspired a host of Szechuan flavored fried chicken sandwiches.

Hetchy’s is a restaurant for good, with 3% of sales being donated to charitable organizations.

Hetchy’s went on hiatus in 2022, but garnered much acclaim in its 18 month run.
