Our latest project, Petit Américain, is an American Brasserie in San Francisco.

What began as a dream on a long overseas trip has taken an ever evolutionary form through pop-ups at Buddy the Bar, Che Fico and Mägo Restaurant.

With each iteration, the culinary identity and priorities came deeper and deeper into focus. PA has a passion, vision and strategy for saving the neighborhood restaurant. We’re not giving up on full-service hospitality, but rather finding creative ways in the kitchen to make it all work.

We’re actively fundraising and searching for real estate.

PA will be a vendor at Bottlerock and Outside Lands, and was named an SF Chronicle most anticipated restaurant opening for 2026.
