Holiday dates book far in advance. We recommend reaching out 6–10 weeks ahead to secure your preferred date and allow time for menu development.

Our event managers work with you to understand you needs and desires. We have two ears and one mouth for a reason

Creation

Your custom menu proposal is put together working hand in hand with our culinary team, taking into account seasonality, budget, event type and your preferences.

Preparation

After a formal tasting, we lock in your dates and take care of rentals and all the preparation, freeing up our guests to focus on the event.

Execution

On your special day, our team shows up, cooks their heart out and provides you with the best possible experience.
